This pretty studio with modern interior is not far from the popular Helmholtzplatz in a very attractive residential area. It is newly renovated and furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, dishwasher, all kinds of cookware, plates, cups etc. Bed linen and towels are also available. The studio comes with WiFi, TV and weekly cleaning. The TRAM station is in front of the door, the S-Bahn is only a few minutes away. Our Old Town Hostel with our reception is located in the same building. Daily cleaning can be booked for a fee.
